Yes, it is.
What is the business hours?
We are open from 10am to 8pm( including weekend or national days). It might be different in each store so please check the business hours of the nearest store’s home page. Sending an e-mail can be except 24/7.
How long is the repair period takes?
It depend on parts availability, and failure content. If there are parts availability, it can be repaired on the same day. But in case the needed parts is not availabale it can takes 1-2 day if the part are availabale domestic, overseas is about 2-3 weeks. Please check from the inquiry form.
Is First-checking free?
Yes, it is. Please feel free to contact us from the inquiry form first.
Do not know what is wrong with my computer, what should I do?
Please imform me of the symptoms from the inquiry page. Our staff will predict what should we do. At that time, we need customers to tell us all about the imformation of the computer and all the symptoms customers can see.
If we are send a computer by post, do we have to pay shipping cost?
If customers send us by post, the customers have to pay for the shipping cost both ways. If the repair cost is over 10000 yen, it will be free shipping. In the case customers want to cancel or it is impossible to be fixed, customers will pay for both ways.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods are cast, credict cards, bank transfer. If customers can not go to our store and sent it by post, the payment method is bank transfer.
What do we need to bring with beside the PC?
If it is necessity to replace the HDD, please bring your recovery disk. For laptops, a power adapter is required.In addition, if customers can include a repair diagnostic sheet in the case of shipping, repairs can be handled smoothly.
